We’re Going Global
Teriyaki Madness officially opens in Mexico City, Mexico Franchisees Enrique, Guillermo and Patricio opened TMAD’s first international franchise opportunity in September 18th. They plan to spread the Madness throughout Mexico.
We focus more on our partners than geography and timing when we consider growth, because we have very few supply chain restrictions and can deliver high quality food to any location. We were immediately impressed by Guillermo and Patricio’s success in Mexico and recognized their potential to be Teriyaki Madness partners when they approached us about opening a franchise. We know that Mexico will succeed because of their experience and growing demand for Asian food.
TMAD is a highly-competitive franchise opportunity that can be world-leading due to the outstanding team and processes TMAD established in recent years.
The brand was founded in 2003 and currently has franchisor agreements for almost 150 stores across the U.S.
Teriyaki Madness has relaunched its app, which allowed users to order their big bowls quicker and more easily than ever before.
Teriyaki Madness will launch a new loyalty program starting July 8. Fans can earn points for every purchase of TMAD, which can be used to redeem for free drinks, sides, and bowls of any kind.
“As we grow, we realized we had to invest in building stronger relationships and customers through the type mobile convenience they expect from their favorite restaurants today,” Jodi Boyce, Teriyaki Madness Vice President of Marketing. “The first step was to partner with Punchh last summer to develop our mobile application. We’re now introducing a loyalty program to reward our fans who choose Teriyaki Madness as their preferred choice.
TMAD’s loyalty program will offer special offers and sprint deals to reward customers who earn a certain amount of points each month. Customers can get a discount or a free item for completing a specific number of points. Double points are available for orders made through July 31. Customers can also donate points to charity, which will allow them to purchase meals for others. They’ll even give you a free bowl for your birthday.
Boyce says, “We’re thrilled to roll out our loyalty program as a way of thanking our regular customers and also to attract new customers thanks to its strong value proposition.” “Punchh is a renowned company with the kind of partner integration that we need to deliver our loyal customers, and we are excited to offer them the convenience and outstanding rewards through this new platform.”
